What does your job entail?
Being Director Sales – India/MiddleEast/South Korea/Oceana(Australia&New Zealand) entails Meeting Sales Goals, Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, Motivating the Sales team, Coaching, Developing Budgets and Ensuring the Sales team ends up winning!!
What is the biggest challenge of your job?
In sales you will be bombarded daily with economic issues, customer challenges and other problems that will never go away. Sure, many of them will straighten out from time to time, while other new ones will surface.
But, you will soon discover that your success can't be subject to the flow of these external circumstances, most of which you have no control over.
No one sells everyone all the time. The resiliency to overcome disappointment, rejection and yes, even failure, is a critical part of the successful salesperson's psyche.
The capacity to control your attitudes no matter what is going around you, keep yourself and your team pumped up in the situations of failure are some of the challenges I see in my job.
What is the most rewarding thing about your job?
Nothing is more rewarding to a sales person than a Purchase order from the customer. You feel great when you win a job and end up providing a correct solution to the customer need.
What do you love about working at CDC/Groth Corporation?
Continental Disc is one of the Great place to work with lot of knowledgeable people around. I have my own freedom to work which brings the best out of me.
What do you do in your free time?
I like to spend time with my family and friends during my free time.

I am a true Cricket fan and yes undoubtedly the Current Indian Cricket team is my favorite
