Weight Loaded Vacuum Relief Valve

The Groth Model 13S-T0W-0 is used when vacuum relief is the only requirement. The 13S-T0W-0 is side mounted on the tank body or piped in. Intake relief necessary under working conditions is achieved by a weight loaded pallet. This feature reduces the possibility of tank damage due to an excessive vacuum condition. Valve size must be selected to perform required vacuum relief under operating and thermal conditions.

  • Superior tightness, meeting API-2000 leak requirements
  • Valve seats are securely bonded using a methacrylate adhesive as the standard, delivering high performance and long-term serviceability. This adhesive is suitable for continuous operating temperatures generally from -40°F –180°F (-40°C – 82.2°C). For applications outside this temperature range, or applications with strong acids, bases, or highly polar solvents, please consult the factory for the best specific application solution.
